ขอบเขตของนโยบายScope of this policy
นโยบายนี้ครอบคลุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เก็บผ่านเว็บไซต์ lomaagent.com หน้าชำระเงิน (/payment) ช่องทางแชต Facebook Messenger และอีเมลที่ใช้ติดต่อระหว่างท่านกับเรา ไม่ครอบคลุมข้อมูลที่ท่านให้ไว้กับ Anthropic (ผู้ให้บริการ Claude) หรือแพลตฟอร์มอื่นที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในความควบคุมของเรา ซึ่งจะอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ให้บริการนั้น ๆ
This policy covers personal data collected through lomaagent.com, the checkout page (/payment), our Facebook Messenger channel, and email correspondence with us. It does not cover data you provide to Anthropic (the provider of Claude) or any other platform outside our control, which is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

- หลักฐานการชำระเงิน — ภาพสลิปโอนเงินที่ท่านอัปโหลดProof of payment — the transfer slip image you upload
- ข้อมูลใบกำกับภาษี (กรณีขอ) — ชื่อ/ชื่อบริษัท เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี 13 หลัก และที่อยู่Tax invoice details (if requested) — name/company, 13-digit tax ID, and billing address
- ข้อความติดต่อ — เนื้อหาที่ท่านส่งผ่าน Facebook Messenger หรืออีเมลถึงทีมงานCorrespondence — messages you send us via Facebook Messenger or email
- ค่ากำหนดการใช้งาน — ภาษาและโหมดสี ที่บันทึกใน local storage ของเบราว์เซอร์ท่านเองPreferences — your chosen language and theme, stored in your browser's local storage

เราไม่เก็บรหัสผ่านบัญชี Claude/Anthropic ของท่าน ไม่เก็บเลขบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต และไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าถึงไฟล์งานหรือโค้ดที่ท่านใช้กับ Claude We never collect your Claude/Anthropic password or your card numbers, and have no access to files or code you work with inside Claude.

การโอนข้อมูลระหว่างประเทศInternational data transfers
ผู้ให้บริการบางรายที่กล่าวถึงข้างต้น เช่น Vercel, Google และ Meta อาจจัดเก็บหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่ตั้งอยู่นอกประเทศไทย รวมถึงในสหรัฐอเมริกา เราเลือกใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรฐานคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม เช่น ข้อสัญญามาตรฐาน (Standard Contractual Clauses) หรือกรอบการรับรองที่เทียบเท่า เพื่อให้ข้อมูลของท่านได้รับการคุ้มครองในระดับที่เพียงพอตามที่ PDPA และมาตรฐานสากลกำหนด
Some providers named above, such as Vercel, Google, and Meta, may store or process data on servers located outside Thailand, including the United States. We select providers that maintain appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent certification framework, so your data receives adequate protection as required by the PDPA and international standards.
ระยะเวลาจัดเก็บข้อมูลData retention
- ข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อ ใบกำกับภาษี และหลักฐานการชำระเงิน จัดเก็บอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยบัญชีและภาษีอากรของไทยOrder records, tax invoices, and payment evidence are kept at least 5 years per Thai accounting and tax law
- ข้อความติดต่อทางอีเมล/Messenger จัดเก็บไว้ตราบเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการEmail/Messenger correspondence is kept as long as necessary to provide support

เมื่อพ้นระยะเวลาที่จำเป็นหรือที่กฎหมายกำหนดแล้ว เราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลนั้นไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ Once data is no longer needed or the legal retention period ends, we delete it or render it non-identifiable.
มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยData security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), restrict data access to personnel who need it, and store slip files with a provider that maintains enterprise-grade security. No system is 100% secure — if you suspect your data has been compromised, contact us immediately via the channel in "Contact us".
สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลYour rights
ภายใต้ PDPA และมาตรฐานสากล ท่านมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน: Under the PDPA and international standards, you have the following rights over your personal data:

- ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)Lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)

บริการของเราไม่ได้มุ่งหมายให้ผู้เยาว์อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีใช้งานโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครอง หากท่านทราบว่าผู้เยาว์ได้ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแก่เราโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมที่ถูกต้อง กรุณาติดต่อเราเพื่อให้เราลบข้อมูลดังกล่าวโดยเร็วที่สุด
Our service is not intended for use by minors under 20 without a parent or legal guardian's consent. If you become aware that a minor provided personal data to us without proper consent, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
