การลบข้อมูล Data Deletion

ท่านสามารถส่งคำขอลบข้อมูลได้ที่อีเมล contact@4tech.co.th หรือส่งข้อความถึงทีมงานผ่าน Facebook Messenger โดยระบุหัวข้อว่า “ขอลบข้อมูล”

You may request data deletion by emailing contact@4tech.co.th or contacting us via Facebook Messenger with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

เพื่อให้เราตรวจสอบและดำเนินการได้ถูกต้อง กรุณาแจ้งชื่อ-นามสกุล อีเมลหรือเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ใช้ติดต่อ/สั่งซื้อ และ Facebook profile URL หรือ Facebook user ID หากมี

To help us verify your request, please include your full name, email or phone number used for contact or purchase, and your Facebook profile URL or Facebook user ID if available.

เมื่อยืนยันตัวตนและขอบเขตคำขอแล้ว เราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้เท่าที่ทำได้ รวมถึงข้อมูลติดต่อ ข้อความสนทนาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการ ข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อ และไฟล์หรือหลักฐานที่ท่านส่งให้เราเพื่อใช้บริการ

After verifying your identity and request scope, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal data, including contact information, service-related conversations, order information, and files or proof submitted to us for service use.

ข้อมูลบางรายการอาจต้องเก็บไว้ตามกฎหมาย ภาษี บัญชี การป้องกันทุจริต การรักษาความปลอดภัย หรือเพื่อใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย เช่น เอกสารธุรกรรม ใบเสร็จ หลักฐานการชำระเงิน และบันทึกระบบที่จำเป็น

Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or legal claims purposes, such as transaction documents, receipts, payment proof, and necessary system logs.

เราจะตอบรับคำขอภายใน 7 วันทำการ และจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลให้เสร็จภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับข้อมูลสำหรับยืนยันคำขอครบถ้วน เว้นแต่มีเหตุจำเป็นตามกฎหมายหรือเหตุด้านความปลอดภัย

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days after receiving sufficient information to verify the request, unless legal or security reasons require otherwise.
